The Wireless Supply Chain group is responsible for 3 main activities:
- creation of internal or external master production schedules (MPS), in line with customers forecasts and orders, in order to fulfill needs while minimizing ALU commitments/exposures towards suppliers
- Industrial management of WLS products, interacting with factories and R&D
- Industrial engineering ensuring industrial feasibility of products created by R&D and produce system tests that will allow necessary product quality.
