    Our client is specialized in providing high quality voice services at competitive prices to corporate customers and telecom operators.

    Network Engineer (Support Level 1) it is a position in the technical team of a large voice wholesale operator with presence in several countries.
    This position offers the opportunity to work with carrier grade voice equipment, to interact with telecom professional from worldwide carriers and to do business trips to several countries.

    Requirements:

    - Solid background in voice network administration or strong knowledge CISCO (1 year);

    - CISCO CCNA 4 (good knowledge about IP protocols);

    - Must be a student or college graduate (Computers, Telecommunications);

    - Good English skills (written and spoken);

    - Driving license (B category);

    - Voice protocols knowledge (SIP);

    - Practical experience with security issues and access control mechanisms - firewalls, VPN;

    - LINUX bash commands;

    - Strong understanding of TCP/IP and ability to troubleshoot and support LANs and WANs;

    - Wireshark.



    Competences:

    - Ability to analyze problems and communicate results;

    - Experience with Change Management and Service Level Management is a plus;

    - Detail-orientation, with ability to maintain high levels of accuracy;

    - Able to balance multiple assignments and prioritize tasks; keeping details and deadlines straight;

    - Fast learning;

    - Reliability and adaptability;

    - Experience in solving problems and finding solutions;

    - Resistance to stress;

    - Communication skills.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    - Monitoring the voice network and assuring network availability;

    - Setup new interconnections with different carriers;

    - Manage and solve trouble tickets;

    - Configure and manage the network.
