• Advanced experience in usage of a ticketing systems (Remedy, SNC,etc).
• Advanced skills in MS Client OS (Windows 7 and later), minimum 3 years of working experience as Helpdesk and/or Firstline support engineer
• Basic Project Management skills and experience
• Travel ability
• Advanced English skills in communication (written and vocal form)

• Regional main contact who manage and coordinate changes of the corporate Helpdesk tool SNC for EMEA & Brazil (Educate and support sites in the region for changes in the Helpdesk tool)
• Supports and audit sites in implementation of corporate standards, act as regional main contact for our sites on any IT related questions and connect requestors with right SME’s (Distribute corporate standard and audit the execution) (Support sites on any IT/IS related question and find the right contact)
• Regional contact and project coordinator for Client Computer standards and projects initiated from corporate Client Development Team (Execute and lead IT/IS related projects)
• Execute and coordinate as regional main contact the License handling and compliance activities within the regional scope
• Regional contact for the verification, proof and registration of new SW title in Software Title Managing Tool (STMT) by request (Mange changes and asset management handling)
