    Requirements

    You love to listen and have a keen eye for detail; be self-starting, analytical, results and solutions-driven;
    Have at least 6 months of providing secretarial support;
    Spick and span in your work, you demonstrate a constant ability to successfully perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while paying strict attention to detail;
    Proficient with Microsoft Word, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    Read through, listen, understand and speak English just like your mother tongue.

    Responsibilities

    Maintaining supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations;
    Maintaining equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation;
    Forwarding information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information;
    Serving customers as a receptionist; answering questions; forwarding messages;
    Opening, reviewing and distributing mail throughout the department to ensure mail is received by addressee;
    Maintaining department's records/files to ensure accurate record keeping, security and confidentiality;
    Maintaining calendar(s), scheduling meetings and appointments, arranging travel and hotel accommodations as necessary to ensure effective time – management.
