    Requirements

    Qualifications and Experience:
    • Minimum secondary school education
    • At least 2 years experience in a similar position
    • Ability to manage the information
    • Good communications skills
    • Fluency in English

    • Appropriate computer skills

    • Accuracy.

    Responsibilities

    • Participate in recruitment processes
    • Organize induction day for new employees
    • Collect and summarize the relevant data from the sites (e.g. number of worked hours, items of the bonus system of the operators), collect and archive the presence sheets
    • In case of new colleagues: collect the data necessary for the working contracts (with the support of the site managers); verify the legal aspects of the procedure, collect and archive the signed contracts; check the existance of all related documents (certification of the medical exam, job descriptions, etc.)
    • Complete any missing documents from the personnel files
    • Supervise the relevant deadlines (deadlines of periodical medical exams, end date of probation period, etc.) and inform the site managers about the deadlines
    • Collect and summarize data reports defined by the Headquarters
    • Centralise general documents for HR and Finance departaments.
