Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of customer service activities
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good online research skills
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail

- Contract data validation
- Order report analysis for missing contracts search
- Notification letter preparation
- Notification letter mailing
- Notification letter follow-up (for special handling customers)
