- Black belt JavaScript fundamentals (prototypal nature, its functional side and the good parts);
- Advanced knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3;
- Expertise creating scalable, fast performing, responsive interfaces using Backbone, Angular, Ember or similar MV* frameworks;
- Working experience with JavaScript trans-compiler languages, preferably CoffeeScript;
- Clear understanding of OOP, common design patterns and the ability to apply those to JavaScript;
- Understands the MVC pattern and its flavors;
- Keen interest in testing, review and code quality;
- Strong understanding of browser environments and cross-browser compatibility nuance.

Nice to have :

- Knowledge of user interface design principles (usability, accessibility, information architecture);
- Experience with Git (a link to your Github account is a plus) or other version control systems;
- Project portfolio.

About the project:

You will be working on a project whose goal is to create a library of loosely coupled components based on AngularJS that will allow us to easily rewrite our current products as SPAs and also be able to spin up new clients at a relatively fast pace.

We use a wide array of technologies and like to stay on the bleeding edge so you will be hacking on AngularJS, node.js for some CLI tools and backend services, CouchDB for component metadata storage, bower for dependency management. We also have gulp as our build tool of choice, deploy containerised apps via docker and we do all this via a continuous delivery pipeline.
