    Responsibilities

    So, what will you actually be doing? Share your passion by…

    - managing incoming phone calls, faxes, emails, web requests and the associated documentation within Siebel;
    - creating activities for service, preventative maintenance and technical assistance requests;
    - processing and changing customer orders and quotes in regards to contracts, repairs, warranty issues etc.
    - ensuring customer satisfaction and high quality by resolving customer inquiries on the first call;
    - being proactive, solving problems and following-up on customer inquiries;
    - constantly keeping in touch with different departments all over the world.
