General Requirements
Demand an academic degree minimum on bachelor degree in telecommunications, information technology, information engineering, computer science, applied electronics, automatic control and other relevant area.
Require more than 2 years experience in telecommunication, information technology, or other relevant area.
Need good communication and presentation skills in English language.
Need excellent teamwork abilities and interpersonal skills.
Need adaptability for participating projects aboard.

Job Requirements:
Understand any of the mobile telecommunication fundaments and principles: GSM, CDMA, UMTS, WiMAX or LTE.
Familiar with radio access network planning and optimization tools.
Have experience on radio access network planning and optimization.

Prepare technical service solutions and strategies for radio access network capacity, coverage and performance.
Provide cellular design and optimization to achieve acceptance target
Provide network performance improvement and management for commercial network.
Deliver validation testing for radio access network by collaborating with customer and R&D.
