    Requirements

    Technical Competencies (must have):

    1. Keyboard Skills
    2. Microsoft office Skills
    3. Proficiency in French/Italian/Spanish and English in business context

    Technical Competencies (Good to have):
    1. Experience in outsourced or shared services environment
    2. Knowledge of HR / Payroll processes. France/Germany/Belgium/ Poland /Turkey/ Spain will be preferred.
    3. Additional advantage for Greece/ Portugal/ Hungary/ Czech/ Egypt HR and PY process knowledge
    4. Ability to work in a global HR environment.
    5. Ability to ensure appropriate and efficient case resolution
    6. Exposure to any HR tool & technology
    7. Eye for Detail

    Responsibilities

    • Performs basic HR/PY transactions to resolve customer requirements.
    • Inputs basic customer data into HR applications
    • Responds to escalated queries and handle complex queries
    • Is able to work with SMEs, Process Experts and other enabler groups to find resolution to complex cases.
    • Communicates resolution to callers with clarity via the telephone or e-mail as the case may be.
    • Track cases for all inquiries and request using CRM tool
    Answers relatively routine process / policy/ procedure questions and provides HR information.
    • Maintain service level agreements – accuracy and on-time delivery.
    • Acquire up-to-date process knowledge through training and self learning.
    • Escalate complex cases to next level as per defined process
    • Work with enabler groups like SME and Training to develop knowledge material
