    Requirements

    Good interactive and communication skills
    Strong Teamwork and previous Team Leader experience
    Self-driven
    Fluent English – both Oral & Written
    Good use of all Microsoft Packages – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook

    Responsibilities

    The role

    The Big Machines Team Leader will have a hands on approach to the Big Machines operator role (as below) but in addition, will proactively manage the team based out of Romania – in terms of managing workload, prioritisation and escalations.

    To act as a centre of competence and proactively support the sales community in all aspects of XPS and machine deal processing (within defined scope). These core responsibilities will range from inputting deal data into Big Machines through to planning implementation and communicating with all parties throughout the order process.

    The LA sales force are responsible for delivering $60M of ORS in 2014, all of which needs to be processed via Big Machines. This role will have a positive impact on sales productivity through the critical management of data entry.
