    Cerinte

    ●Linux hardening skills and considerable RHEL based distro admin experience are crucial;
    ●Experience and skills in the Linux based PCI DSS compliant Cardholder Data Environments and USM/OSSIM/OSSEC field are highly appreciated;
    ●Good English skills (speaking, writing, reading);
    ●Clearly articulate ideas and thoughts verbally;
    ●Displays a positive attitude;
    ●Team Spirit;

    Responsabilitati

    ●Network administration (backup, security management, user account management, e-mail, telephony, internet access, office systems and applications support).
    ● Making sure the servers and infrastructure are configured and run to a high standard
    ● Apply security updates and patches for all network assets
    ● Security of infrastructure, applications and data
    ● Monitor the performance and reliability of various systems
    ● Respond to user requests through telephone calls, via the web ticketing system or through personal visits to relevant locations during business hours and otherwise where problems dictate
    ● Assist with technology planning through ongoing research
    ● Identify opportunities where IT may assist users in increasing efficiency and operating more effectively within the company and produce proposals for such improvements.
    Performance Measurement:
    ● Systems uptime and availability, incident response.
    ● KPIs: Unplanned Unavailability: Percentage of outage (unavailability) due to incidents in the IT environment, relative to the service hours
    ● MTTR (Mean-time-to-repair) - average time (in hours) between the occurrence of an incident and its resolution
    ● is also responsible for providing the adequate level of NOC support;
