    Requirements

    • Level of English - Advanced in writing, reading and speaking (please note that a writing test will be mandatory during the recruitment process)
    • Good time management, organising skills, ability to work towards deadlines and detail oriented are essential
    • Basic Excel skills
    • Work independently, as well as a team
    • Pro-active and self-driven

    Responsibilities

    As part of the Recruitment workstream, the Experienced Hire team strives to deliver the best administrative support to future employees with business background, performing the following duties:

    • Maintaining the relationship between the candidates and the teams involved in the entire recruitment process - via phone and email
    • Handling the recruitment records of the candidates
    • Booking the candidates for telephone interviews, technical interviews and face-to-face interviews
    • Booking interview rooms
    • Emailing confirmations to recruiters and candidates
    • Contacting the recruiters to give feedback regarding candidates
    • Offering guidance with general or specific queries that might appear during the selection process
    • Data input and maintenance in the specific systems the team is working with
