Knowledge Skills:

- Fluent in English and at least one other language
- Experience with web design, web graphics, CSS design and on-line marketing strategies
- Experienced in the use of XML, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, WYSIWYG layout tools, Photoshop, Flash, MySQL, Eloqua
- Project management skills
- Demonstrable and effective time management skills

Soft Skills:

- Candidates must have the ability to work in worldwide virtual teams under minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills both verbal and writing with the ability to discuss issues with users and colleagues.
- Conscientious, with the ability to ‘own’ a development request and drive it to completion.

- Design, create, test and deploy websites for internal HP customers
- Design, create, test and deploy interactive elements for the Eloqua application
Code web elements into platforms
- Conduct all user acceptance testing, and report results
- Contribute to conceptual thinking and coming up with creative ideas and solutions
- Supporting other developers and designers
- Ensure development work is completed to the highest standard and within agreed deadlines
- Research current client’s needs, market trends and competitors to formulate possible development strategies for the mid and long term
