    Requirements

    You have:
    Relevant 2-3 years professional experience
    University degree in Economics/Marketing/Commerce/Business Administration
    Solid knowledge of marketing, business administration and micro-economics
    Experience in the Software Industry, in a similar job, is considered a great plus
    Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics and Google AdWords
    An understanding of customer communications management, professional publishing, document production, and/or business intelligence software is a plus
    Fluency in English, spoken and written
    Desire to work in a team and be a good team player
    A high level of autonomy
    Positive attitude
    Openness to feedback and desire to develop
    Good reporting and performance monitoring skills
    Good organization and planning skills
    Highly numerate and analytical
    Great attention to detail
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    Responsibilities

    Job description:
    The Sales Performance Analyst will primarily be tasked with the design and administration of a BI dashboard to monitor the performance of sales and marketing teams:
    • design, create and maintain a set of BI dashboard reports to monitor the performance of sales and marketing teams and processes,
    • use Salesforce CRM, Google AdWords and Analytics to monitor and report marketing and sales data for the range of Software products and services we provide,
    • provides insights, commercial reporting and help identify trends and opportunities,
    • supports the Sales and Marketing teams to drive quality, benchmark and improve channel performance,
    • monitors the data entered in the CRM applications and the quality of recordings produces reports, statistics and analysis regarding the activity and results,
    • works closely with the technical/development team to retrieve data from AdWords and Salesforce,
    • develop a sound understanding of the software products and technical concepts,
    • performs cost/benefit, cause/effect, SWOT analysis,
    • continuously look for new metrics and reports to implement. Keeps abreast of industry trends and innovations.
