An education in economics at University level;
Relevant experience of 3-5 years in a similar position, preferably in Oil & Gas industry;
Fluency in Russian and English language;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
High analytical and rational skills and ability to work with volume data;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Excellent abilities of planning and organizing;
Great ability to work with numbers and excellent attention to details;
Ability to identify causes and effects and capacity to draw conclusions;
Ability to handle a stress and capacity to work with tight deadlines;
Problem-solving orientation, results and solutions-driven;
Project management skills;
Team-player, focused, patient, detail oriented person with a hands-on approach.

Analyzing the assigned markets dynamics, competitors’ behaviour and the company’s impact and positioning in Oil & Gas industry;
Gathering relevant informations for the company’s market for the purpose of making accurate decisions in determining strategy in areas like market opportunity, marketing penetration strategy and market development;
Conducting in-depth data analyses, interpreting and presenting the analysis results and making follow-ups;
Issuing reports to the company’s management in the assigned areas with conclusions and proposing action plans;
Preparing presentations on results and forecasts for upper management review;
Being involved in the preparation of the commercial budget;
Monitoring and analyzing the main customers’ activities and the impact upon the long term forecast;
Maintaining the relationship with the management in the assigned areas;
Carrying out management control activities, interacting and collaborating with the management;
Being continuously informed and up-to-date regarding the trends in the Oil & Gas industry.
