    Cerinte

    An education in engineering, mechanics or oil & gas at University level;
    Relevant experience of 3-5 years in sales, preferably in Oil & Gas industry;
    Fluency in English language, German or Hungarian language would be a plus;
    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
    Excellent communication and presentation skills;
    Great influencing and negotiation skills;
    Excellent ability to maintain long-term partnerships;
    Excellent abilities of planning and organizing;
    Great analytical thinking and ability to work with volume data;
    Problem-solving orientation, results and solutions-driven, having ability to adapt to client needs;
    Business development oriented, highly sensitive to the quality of services delivered;
    Independent but also a team-player, hands-on approach and willingness to learn and develop.

    Responsabilitati

    Maximizing sales opportunities by meeting sales volume objectives, identifying and solving the problems affecting the sales or distribution of products;
    Establishing, managing and developing long-term relations with customers and ensuring that their requests are attended correctly;
    Developing and detecting the differentiation opportunities (products and services) in order to enhance the company’s positioning, ensuring the achievement of the business unit commercial objectives exploring opportunities to develop new services;
    Identifying proper commercial channels and conditions for the distribution of products and services;
    Understanding customer needs through proactive continuous customer diagnosis;
    Supervising the customer’s request for quotation (RFQ) and sources information from knowledge centers whenever necessary and following-up the offer status;
    Providing support for the Demand Planners’ analysis and decision by sharing customer’s information and market & products trends;
    Coordinating others areas for the execution of defined marketing strategies and regional segment plans providing inputs to market intelligence activities.
