    Requirements

    � B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications (or Computer Science, Mathematics � Informatics)
    � Strong skills and knowledge in use of computer
    � Fluent English (written/spoken)
    � Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to build relationships
    � Good troubleshooting skills
    � Self-motivated, detail-oriented
    � Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
    � Theoretical knowledge of embedded architectures (SW and HW); knowledge of embedded C, microcontrollers assembling
    � Dynamic and customer oriented
    � Acts as a team player

    Responsibilities

    As a Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support regarding Cango�s hardware products. The individual selected may be required to work directly with the customer in developing solutions or issue resolution. The selected individual will also be responsible for completion of hardware and software projects and daily customer interaction. For entry-level applicants we are willing to train the right candidate.
    Cango�s Support Engineer is responsible to provide strong technical problem solving on issues raised by customers and troubleshoot for a range of hardware and software products issues as required.
    As a Support Engineer you will also be in charge of assisting and directing customer with the use of Cango's products capabilities. You will provide operational metrics as required to proactively support our products; provide trend analysis for errors and performance.
