Job requirements:
Education
• Higher Degree, preferred directions – computer science or other Technical
• Enterprise Architecture (certification, relevant studies)
Relevant expertise
• 5 years enterprise, business or system IT Architecture
• Experience in managing IT projects
• Experience in practices and methodologies for software development, analysis and data modeling, programming languages and data bases.
• Technical documentation creation
• Knowledge of business insurance is a plus;
Special knowledge:
• PC knowledge – advanced (Microsoft Office, Power Point, Outlook, MS Visio)
• Application and Infrastructure Architecture general and specific principles, global market options and trends
• English language – advanced
• Certifications: Architecture, IT System Design, other relevant certif.
• Advanced - research, evaluate and recommend technical solutions, including commercial and open source.
• Best practices in software development, design standards, programming, source code and testing management.
• Network technologies, operating systems and security.
• Methods and concepts for organization and technical audit;

Job purpose:
Ensures the company’s technology vision and the overall design of the IT systems, with due regard to their cost effectiveness and efficiency, both at the technical and at the business level.
Task and Responsibilities:
• Accountable for the delivery and maintenance of the architecture documents and technology roadmap (mid – long term). Creates and maintains IT architecture considering application and/or business issues and verifies its’ correct implementation.
• Identifies bottlenecks within IT systems, search for possible solutions and provide recommendations for potential improvements. Accountable for the delivery of the innovation roadmap with appropriate business sponsorship
• Audits the IT systems in order to identify gaps between the existing systems and defined architecture (including NN Group alignment), formulate improvement proposals and communicate them to relevant parties within IT. Create awareness within IT of IT systems, the current state and problems of the systems, as well as potential future threats.
• Monitors the market for new technologies and analyses their potential applicability for the business.
• Provides consulting experise and advice, direction and guidance to the IT Management and staff.
• Maintains connections with the developers and the users to ensure each solution provided is adequate to the needs and the existing environment.
• Checks, steers and approve all relevant new platforms development design.
• Chairs and organizes the Local Architecture Committee and maintain liaison with the Group architecture governance bodies
• Performs any other task related to the normal flow of business and the job mission (applies to all specialization levels)
