    To serve our client, one of the important players in the telecom industry, we are looking for an experienced professional to fulfill the Senior Budgeting Analyst role in our Accounting BPO team.

    Requirements:

    - Relevant university degree;
    - Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years spent in a budgeting role;
    - SAP knowledge is mandatory;
    - International business exposure, working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders;
    - Previous experience in the telecom industry is a plus, but not mandatory;
    - Advanced English (both written and spoken);
    - Solid planning and analytical skills;
    - Organizational agility and facilitation skills;
    - Good planning project management skills;
    - Ability to meet deadlines (handle stress associated with tight deadlines);
    - Ability to work independently and take initiative;
    - Team player, with very good interpersonal and communication skills.

    Responsabilitati

    Main responsibilities:

    - Develops and updates the business models based on current developments of the business and in accordance with company procedures;
    - Active involvement in planning process, effectively working on budget results (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and other reports) , updating budget & business plans model (including Long Term plans) with actual data;
    - Creates scenarios for different assumption for the annual budget and the 5-year plan;
    - Building models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) for new services and for results analysis;
    - Preparing reports with non-financial data (subscribers, minutes, sites, etc);
    - Creates financial double-check models for budget data and provision to the Financial Planning Manager of the results that reflect the material variance related to historical data;
    - Maintains the Budgeting existing systems; improves and updates them;
    - Gathers the data from departments, investigates and analyses them;
    - Works closely with Sales and Marketing teams on issues related to subsidies, commissions, subscribers and costing and pricing analysis;
    - Data analysis, budget presentation and adaptation as required by internal or external users;
    - Investigates the reasons for differences between the planned and actual results, as assigned by Head of Budgeting Office;
    - Works closely with Business Applications team for updates and changes in the systems;
    - Follows developments in the current Romanian and International accounting standards, in statistics, in business law, in tax regulation;
    - Performs other data analysis, presentations reports, upon request from the hierarchical superior;
