    Requirements

    - Minimum 2-3 years project management experience in the Document Management field;
    - Holding a recognized project management accreditation as PRINCE 2 or PMP represents a real advantage;
    - Highly competent in using MS Project & the MS Office products in general;
    - Fluency in English;
    - Experience of working remotely within a matrix management environment and a large-scale, complex international organization, but also within small teams, would be an advantage;
    - Sets high standards of performance for self and others;
    - Be enthusiastic and hands on in their approach and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    - Assumes responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments on time and with quality;
    - Be comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels within the organization and be confident representing Xerox to external clients;
    - Have had exposure to the full project life cycle.

    Responsibilities

    Manages people for programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of projects and/or programs into a finished state
    Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets
    Monitors the program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customers or department personnel
    Organises project activities that may require interdepartmental meetings and communication ensuring completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints
    Assigns and monitors work of technical personnel, providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives of project related deliverables
    Directs the activities of project support staff (both internal and external) and is responsible for ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate the successful completion of the project
    Ensures the ongoing process/system capability associated with projects and manages any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs
    All other duties as assigned
