Software Support Specialist

You should have:
Relevant experience in a similar position, in the Software Industry
XML, XPath basic knowledge
Basic C++/C# knowledge
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Proficient in English both speaking and writing
Good understanding of the client-server architecture and familiarity with a multithreaded environment
Technical/Math University degree
Problem recognition and resolution skills
Native curiosity and creativity
Desire to work in a team and be a good team player
Result orientation attitude
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Learning orientation, able to learn and utilize new concepts/methods

Job context:
Provide L2 software support, in a night-shift schedule, for ECRION products:
- XF Rendering Server - the world’s fastest XML publishing engine, producing up to 100 million pages per day in any of 20+ formats,
- Ecrion Omni System - one intelligent platform for all documents produced in large scale organizations,
- BI Server - allowing companies to leverage data to make informed decisions with,
- Ecrion Design Studio - provides business and technical users alike the functionality to create the data models, document templates, and BI dashboards.

Your main responsibilities:
- Resolve and troubleshoot, provide solutions and workarounds for customer issues received by email,
- Relay information (bugs, statuses, client feedback) between front-end support, development and QA teams,
- Write accurate descriptions, user manuals and technical documentations,
- Assist the Sales Team by providing generic samples and proof of concept materials.
