Cerinte
- Young and energetic person, with good communication skills,
- A person willing to accumulate experience,
- Fluent in English,
- Good computer skills (MS Office: Word and Excel)
- Competencies: Drive for Results.
- Answer the office main phone line and direct calls to the respective extensions
- Distribute incoming mails and faxes
- Send outgoing mail on the local, national and international level
- Deliver translations of Data Sheets and Master Pack Copies, and corrections for Art-works at the established deadlines and required standards
- Check announcements in info-notes and distribute them; write announcements in info-notes
- Travel arrangements for visitors and Romanian associates, in the country and outside; restaurant bookings / taxis; formalities / gather all necessary papers for visas
- Prepare business cards, badges, planners, etc. for company associates
- Petty cash for office expenses
- Newspapers/magazines subscriptions
- Control and organise expenses from courier companies
- Meeting room bookings, VC bookings
- Ensure that the services and facilities provided for the office are high quality and timely
- Order consumables for the office within the allocated budget;
- Assist in organising different trainings/ team building/ internal events
- Administrate distribution and use of mobile phones
- Update the Units Database for BUC
- Car Fleet Administration
