    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree is required and Master's degree is strongly preferred, with a concentration in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Organization Development, Learning, or related discipline also preferred.
    • 5 - 10 years progressive professional Human Resources experience is required with experience supporting manufacturing organizations highly preferred.

    • Strong Leadership skills; Change Agent and excellent Communcation and Interpersonnal
    • Plants HR management exposure.
    • Influencing skills and ability to work effectively with senior business leaders and COE leaders
    • Solid level of English Mandatory, second language would be a plus
    • Green Belt Certification

    Responsibilities

    The Sr. HR Leader for the TS Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) support functions will provide overall HR leadership and generalist support for the TS Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) functions and their leaders globally which include - but not limited to - Sourcing, Supply Chain, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Manufacturing Processes) and Quality functions.
    The position holder will lead a broad range of strategic HR support for achieving business objectives, including talent management (assessment, acquisition, development, and redeployment), organizational effectiveness (change management, leadership development, and organization design), and employee engagement (communications, employee relations, reward and recognition).
    Focus areas include transition management and the growth of emerging regions.
    In addition, this role could be responsible for the oversight of the Australia-based FMP organisation.

    Primary responsabilities include:
    • Acting as the Strategic Business Partner to all TS ISC Central functions and Senior Leaders (500+ employees, primaraly B3&B4, multipul sites, WW - 3 regions - EMEA, APAC and Americas)
    • Driving efforts to strenghten ISC Organization Effectiveness; Talent Development; Change Management
    • Ensuring effective partnership and interface with TS ISC Organization, with site leadership teams and local HR teams and with COE's in order to meet TS ISC business objectives
