• Bachelor’s degree in technical field(e.g. Electrotechnics, Mechanics, Automatics);
• Computer Skills: MS Office, SolidWorks, Orcad;
• English skills – medium level;
• Repair and mechanical assembly knowledge;
• Mechanical design knowledge;
• Good communication skills; Teamwork and interpersonal skills;
• Good defining, understanding and problem solving skills, good analysis and synthesis skills;
• Well organized and able to establish priorities;
• Resistance to stress;
• Client oriented and able to work with other functions and third parties.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly area;

• Defines the assembly process and creates work instructions for assembly, manual insertion of electronic components, debugging, labeling, cutting, pressing, packaging and other devices for manual assembly work;
• Responsible for continuous improvement and optimization of manual assembly process (time, quality, costs);
• Defines and creates work instructions for the repair process of electronic boards and subassemblies;
• Creates programs, thermal profiles, mechanical adjustment and calibration of equipments;
• Trains the operators when introducing a new product in manufacturing line;
• Defines corrective actions in order to fix any process issue related to assembly & repair operations;
• Defines consumable materials list used in assembly & repair operations;
• Orders spare parts / consumables for the equipment in use;
• Provides technical support for orders of the necessary equipment for a new product or for the process improvement;
• Ensures technical support for new product introduction;
• Creates reports for noncompliant and damaged products;
• Ensures the training for the technicians when a new equipment coming in the production line;
• Checks if the line equipment runs according to the specifications and it’s calibrated.
