- Application with portfolio is a must. Prove what value you can bring;
- Professional web design experience with web based technologies and UXD knowledge;
- Aesthetics, sense of style and proven ability to design a polished, engaging look and feel for the web;
- Interested in expanding own knowledge and expertise;
- HTML, CSS, intermediate JQUERY and JavaScript, with knowledge of cross browser compatibility.
- Thorough understanding of standard design applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver).

Nice to have:
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Lead the design process using wireframes and create rapid prototypes and mock-ups/UXD (using tools like Photoshop, balsamic mockups, etc.) for web and mobile apps;
- Create graphical layouts, design, UXD for web mobile applications;
- Create together with development team the html/css for web static pages;
- Work on both the creative visual concept and the slicing, using also jQuery or JavaScript elements to make things eye-candy;
- Play the role of a proxy product owner (think like an end user, act like a client for design;
- Create branding materials (flyers, banners, logos, etc.) and help our company to build the brand identity (ideas, art concepts, etc.).
