    Requirements

    • Extensive network within the Oracle EMEA region, ideally combined with experience within a business development, operations management or service organization. Bridge-builder.
    • Excellent analytic skills, attention to detail, data analysis & problem solving.
    • Self-driven individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to communicate and work with Frontline Reps as well as Executive management.
    • Capable of producing impactful, detailed update reports.
    • Knowledge of the Applications Eco system (Oracle’s value-propositions, competitors…).
    • Excellent knowledge of Oracle’s processes and systems related to Demand Generation, Sales and Marketing.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent time management skills.
    • Has the ability to influence others on the appropriate course of action.
    • Result-oriented and committed to deliver.
    • Outstanding project management, coordination and organizational skills
    • Ideally 5+ years of Demand Generation operations experience in a large B2B environment.
    • Degree educated
    • Broad based business professional with a track record of delivering results in a large US parented software company.
    • Extensive international experience in working with virtual teams, preferably in a sales/marketing environment.
    • Proven record of effective and efficient execution of multi-country wide project /program management.
    • Experience in handling management information & metrics (design, collection & reporting)..
    • Competent in Spreadsheet / Presentation creation and interpretation.
    • Project Management Training – Prince II / ITIL – a plus.





    Responsibilities

    • Performs business-related program completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.
    • Responsible for the development and execution of a consolidated demand generation calendar to meet defined pipeline generation and revenue targets, taking into account both regional and product priorities in support of the Applications strategy and goals.
    • Drive programs to complete against targeted deliverables by providing vision, strategy and approach by setting priorities and removing potential escalations and overcoming roadblocks.
    • Create the right program approach having gained support from project sponsors and the mobilization of required resources. Understand business and program risks, including development of contingency plans.
    • Activities may include: co-ordination of all contributors to campaign delivery; delivering campaign briefings, continuous improvement in contacts lists and campaign content, reporting on results of campaigns and successes, assessing campaign effectiveness, recommending areas of improvement.
    • Manages deliverables of assigned programs by invoking action plans, reporting updates, communication changes and prioritization tasks.
    • Promoting best use of demand generation tools within sales teams, and sharing of demand generation best practice between countries and teams.
    • Delivers a communications plan involving periodic reports to direct management, stakeholders, impacted audiences and other wider general communications via written documentation, presentations, website tools, email, verbal mechanisms or face to face meetings.
    • Monitors program performance against established metrics and targets.

    • The selected candidate will own and drive the complete lifecycle of the programs he or she leads, with a significant room for initiative and innovative approaches.
    • In this capacity he/she will be expert to provide his/her internal customers with a combination of consulting, project management, communication, change readiness and training.
    • He/she plays a central role in helping the "WE Applications Program Management Office" achieve its overall business objectives (pipeline generation, competitive wins…).
