Minimum Bachelor or University degree, preferably in Business Economics or Accountancy;
ICAEW / CA qualifications or similar;
Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in Finance (controlling/ reporting area);
End to end thinking in financial and operational processes;
Good interpersonal skills, ability to effectively manage the relationship with client’s companies and Finance Teams;
Knowledge of ERP accounting systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office is desirable;
Fluent English and Dutch.

Transition in and carry out management accounting and reporting activities;
Managing accounting period and close, reporting;
Calculating of business related KPI’s;
Liaising with MA&R analysts;
Acting in accordance with company’s guidelines, policies and objectives;
Achieving the agreed performance objectives (PPIs) and service levels (SLAs);
Contributing to on-going continuous improvement, process standardization;
Reporting to RtR MA&R Lead.
