- Minimum experience with ERP applications
- Preferably with knowledge of relational databases and programming
- Experience supporting customers remotely is an advantage
- Analytical thinking
- Willing to learn
- Excellent English language are a must
- Positive attitude
- Good Communication and follow up skills required
- University Bachelor degree in Economics or Technical

- Provides assistance for SAP technical incidents;
- Responsible for ongoing support, SLA's, and enhancement of applications;
- Maintains business functions and combines that Develops use cases, test plans, test scripts and test cases;
- Requirement gathering, functional specs creation
- Executes test plans and test scripts, cases to ensure system changes are aligned with business requirements;
- Through a wide range of business knowledge is able to serve as a key resource to coordinate and resolve SAP issues.
