    Requirements

    - Proven sales techniques and negotiation skills
    - Typically 2-4 years of combined IT or selling experience preferable in IT industry
    - Excellent written & verbal communication skills with customers and internal clients
    - Fluent knowledge of English
    - Advanced knowledge of one of these languages German/Italian/Spanish/French or Nordic languages is a must
    - Proven customer service management skills
    - Good initiative and ability to work under pressure
    - Strong organizational skills and ability to handle complex tasks, customer needs and processes
    - Strong office skills
    - Proactive in learning information about software services portfolio, software products, new versions, internal processes and policies
    - Ability to handle unique situations confidently
    - Reliable and able to work toward objectives and keep commitments
    - Tenacious approach underlined by a drive to win
    - Eager, quick learner with strong team-work spirit
    - Motivational and positive attitude
    - Knowledge of Sales Force CRM is an advantage

    Responsibilities

    In this role you will be working for the HP Software Services Organization. Your main responsibility will
    be related to the renewal of the Software Support Agreements and also selling value-ad HP Software
    services.
    You will be directly engaged in building relationships with existing customers, you will be checking and
    distributing renewal quotations as well as contacting and working with customers, telephone or in face
    to face meetings when needed, to identify and resolve barriers to renewal efforts. You will also be
    ensuring that customers renew their maintenance agreements on time and identify and close up sell &
    cross sell opportunities.
    In addition you will be responsible for updating activity reports and logs and maintaining customer data
    integrity. Aligning with HP’s internal career development framework, HP gives you the opportunity for
