Nobel is currently looking to hire a PPC & Google Analytics Specialist as a full time employee working in our office in Bucharest. This position will add capacity to our existing online marketing staff.
Responsibilities:
Analyze existing PPC campaigns performances and develop new opportunities
Generate and verify accuracy of analytics tracking codes and scripts.
Create Analytics dashboards and set up other analytics tools as required;
Conduct A/B testing and other test plans, analyze results and suggest opportunities for improvement;
Analyze landing-page, funnel and exit page metrics and optimize / correct any on-page factors to improve end-user experience.
Investigate discrepancies in analytics data and take action to rectify if necessary in conjunction with the IT team.
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, teaming up with the Paid Advertising Specialist.
Required Skills and Experience:
1-2 years’ experience of hands-on experience in Google Analytics implementation and troubleshooting;
Experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as A/B testing, competitive analysis, surveys and market research;
Expertise in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / PPC (Pay Per Click) strategies and a minimum one year experience managing SEM/PPC efforts;
Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JS (previous development experience not required);
Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to communicate data visually
Excellent English skills, both spoken and written;
Familiar with branding and advertising.
