Human Resources Manager

- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, being able to screen candidates and recruit best possible, motivated, experienced English speaking workers, willing to work in Denmark.
- Experience in communicating with clients, pro-active, well-organized, loyal, disciplined, flexible and ready to handle big work loads and a lot of assignments.
- Ability work independently, as you will be working on your own. Later you will have some colleagues in Romania, which you will choose together with us, as we expect to be very busy.
- Ability to manage the office in Romania and supervise other HR Consultants.
- Excellent English speaking/writing and computer literate.

- Responsible for the temp leasing projects in Denmark from the beginning to the end.
- Searching and selection of the right employees for work in Denmark.
- Preparing employment documents for the workers being employed in our Danish company according to the orders coming from the our Danish Sales Department.
- Instructing workers, supporting them during their working period in Denmark.
- Keep contacts with workers and clients, solve problems and consult them during the project period.
- Creating searching channels, taking part in job fairs, planning advertising campaigns and etc.
- Office management, dealing with suppliers, controlling expenses within agreed budgets, dealing with various institutions and etc.
