    Requirements

    1. Education Required

    • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of 4 years related work experience in sales or sales support role or a relevant combination of education and experience.

    2. Work Experience Required

    • Prior experience working in a Sales Operations environment is required. (4 years)
    • Salesforce.com experience (1 - 2 years)
    • Experience or involvement with sales programs for Partners or Direct Sales
    • Strong experience with ERP/CRM systems and process best practices

    3. Technical Skills & Specific Knowledge Required

    • Strong problem solving skills – ability to quickly and correctly assess the impact, complexity and urgency of problems reported by customers (both internal & external).
    • Results orientation – able to drive activities necessary to bring tasks to conclusion and deliver desired results.
    • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and work independently as well as in a Team environment.
    • Experience with Cloud based software or web administration makes you a top candidate
    • Skilled user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
    • Ability to present information clearly and concisely, in verbal and written forms and to communicate comfortably with diverse audiences at all levels of the organization.
    • Knowledge of Industry related technology and applications

    Responsibilities

    Principal Responsibilities

    • Act as coordinator of regional and global program implementation, including task scheduling, meeting setup & notes and assisting Sales or Channel Marketing with program execution. 25%
    • Support the creation of Channel communications and deliverables as part of Partner program launches. 10%
    • Act as trainer of CRM processes both for internal user base. 10%
    • Working closely with Field Sales to manage and report information regarding open & active projects and deals in CRM system. 25%
    • Act as administrator for Partner Rebate tools in Salesforce.com. This involves security access, reporting, and tool use questions. 10%
    • Assist with training Partners on programs/policies and Salesforce.com changes. 10%
    • On occasion, act as backup resource for internal support mailbox for Salesforce.com; this includes security password resets, approval process questions, and support with reporting. 10%
