    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a Business related discipline.
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience as an analyst
    • Superior analytical skills and strong capabilities in Microsoft software suites (Excel – Advanced; Word, Outlook, PowerPoint - Intermediate; Access – Basic to intermediate).
    • Advanced SAP knowledge a plus.
    • Ability to work with and create complex financial models.
    • Self starter with demonstrated ability to utilize org and planning skills to complete complex projects on schedule.
    • Ability to develop effective working relationships through teamwork and influencing skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to integrate pricing tactics with the broader product marketing strategies.
    • Demonstrated ability in utilizing Six Sigma Plus tools to drive process improvements and problem resolutions.
    • Good presentation skills.

    Responsibilities

    Key contributor to developing and executing IAM Pricing Strategy World Wide. Ensures value creation through understanding customer needs and applying the right pricing principles.
    • Preparation of sound financial analysis primarily on long term Aftermarket contracts.
    • Contributing to the development of the business cases, value propositions, competitive assessments, risk mitigation strategies in support of customer business proposals.
    • Developing value-based pricing capabilities.
    • Preparing sound business recommendations that are properly balanced between the optimization of Honeywell profitability and the creation of customer value.
    • Supporting pricing process excellence (productivity, margin expansion, consistent methodologies and skill development) through the implementation of continuous improvements utilizing six sigma plus tools and training.
    • Provide regular, concise and clear analyses' result and communication of recommendations internally to ensure solid base for management decision making
    • Developing positive working relationships with the other functions supporting the business
