Professional Skills
• Must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelors degree or Graduate level degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications or other related business disciplines
• Very good MS-Office user knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc)
• Hands-on, reliable & ethical person, with a passion for achieving targets
• Proficient in English (German would be an advantage)

Principal Accountabilities
• Providing support in daily administrative duties, including creation, modification and closure of standard work documentation
• Working on day-to-day assignments under general supervision
• Using applicable policies, procedures and practices as guides to determine work methods and deliver results
• Coordinating, disseminating, administering, updating and reporting on HR information
• Interacting primarily with immediate supervisor and team members within organization
• Supporting the team in their daily activities
• Administration of the office equipment and materials
