Knowledge & Skills
- Consistently demonstrated ability to exceed the requirements of Senior Software Engineer
- 5+ Years of relevant industry experience.
- Proficient in at least two core development tools used within the company (Maven, Jenkins, Git/SVN, Sonar, ...).
- Sound knowledge of estimation technique
- Good knowledge of design patterns
- Sound industry trends awareness.
- Very good knowledge on Java "Ecosystem". With spécial focus on JavaSE > 1.7, EJB / JMS, WebServices, Restfull service and Hibernate/Spring
- Optional knowledge on JSP (old style) or .Net SDK (UI).
- Knowledge on recent web UI will be appreciate (HTML5 +js framework, Vaadin/GWT)
- Sound Knowledge of unit testing methodologies and frameworks
- Sound communication skills.
- Sound time management skills.
- Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions. Good problem solving skills
- Sound interpersonal and team working skills.
- Sound ability to take on multiple assignments.
- Good command of written and spoken English. French will be appreciate
- Easily adoptable to company culture

Primary Responsibilities:
- In partnership with other Tech leads and under Technical Director accountability , sets direction for all aspects of our technology practice.
- Provides technical leadership for local staff and assumes overall accountability for a successful implementation phase on all client projects.
- Developing price estimates, and delivering pitches for new work.
- Ensures solutions are properly architected and specified, and partners with the project manager or Business Analyst to ensure quality.
- Own one or more modules of the project under development
- Mentor junior team members with the assistance of other Tech Lead
- Maintain the local team up-to-date with best-practices / technology / design pattern used within the www team
- Accurate time accounting and reporting of own work.
- Promptly escalate issues.
- Quality, on time delivery of agreed deliverables
- Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines
