1-3 years professional estimating experience or technical design, with emphasis on criticality of detail.
Technical degree (HVAC, Energy, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Computer Science, or related) plus business experience in Buildings Services, HVAC Controls, Electrical, Automation, BMS, SCADA, Security (Control Access, Intrusion Detection, CCTV), Life Safety (Fire Detection Systems, Public Announcement)
Advanced English

Assist sales in securing business by developing accurate, timely and professional estimates.
Compare the sales information to delivered information and provide guidance on factors to be used for competitive estimating of future jobs.
Support Honeywell efforts to obtain or retain competitive position.
Accurate and timely estimates which include scope, material and labor effort by skilled discipline.
Maintain product knowledge and technical skills to current standards and portfolio.
After technical solution completed by the Solution Advisor team, develop cost effective estimates and identify explicit proposal inclusions to be prepared with in required time lines.
Develop detailed Bill Of Materials
Risk analysis of BOQ if any
Obtain vendor quotes for all supplies and sub-contracted work.
Assist in finding potential strategic partners to reduce costs and increase efficiencies.
