Validation Engineer

More than 13 years have passed from 2006, when our adventure begun. Our purpose was to become a reliable partner for businesses and organizations that aim to grow and architect their future within their industry and outside of it.

During the last years we developed our own product: MATT, the robot for automated QA testing. We are now living a wonderful adventure promoting MATT, sharing ideas and getting in touch with a diverse and enriching constellation of enterprises.

Must have:
• Previous QA experience;
• Knowledge of Linux (Shell scripting, command line, text editors);
• Knowledge of programming (any language, Java or C++ are preferred).
Nice to have:
• Good or excellent knowledge of scripting (any of Python, Perl, Shell scripting);
• Good or excellent knowledge of programming (Java or C are preferred).

To be successful, you must have strong technical knowledge and the ability to deliver results. In this role you must demonstrate a high level of initiative and the ability to take on complex assignments and complete them independently. You must demonstrate the flexibility to contribute to multiple areas in a global organization and have the ability to work with team members from different backgrounds and cultures.
The ideal candidate must be motivated to consistently deliver to commitments, and have the ability work across multiple technical areas to develop and execute test cases and root cause, track, and help resolve defects in a complex software stack.
Other duties include: Developing, documenting, and implementing test plans, scenarios and test cases for a Linux-based operating system.

The perfect candidate wants to pursue a career in QA, has a strong desire to succeed and always wears the customer’s hat. He or she needs to be a team player, possess a strong sense of humor or feel comfortable around those having it. Creating an enjoyable work environment is part of our daily routine.
