    Requirements

    - Minimum 1 year on a similar position;
    - Economic university degree;
    - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint;
    - Medium knowledge of English language (spoken, written);
    - International experience, working with multi-cultures;
    - Detail oriented, accurate;
    - Sense of priority, responsible;
    - Strong communication skills;
    - Agribusiness knowledge background.

    Responsibilities

    - Organizes and ensures proper and timely performance of the stock of goods in custody records, chronologically and systematically, customers, products and details on each product, means of transport, based on documents received from the operational Department;
    - Replies to the daily business operations related to the goods in custody in the terminal;
    - Prepares orders of reception / delivery, goods received / delivered with the cars and trucks;
    - Perform shipping and commercial activities related to arrival / operation (loading / unloading) cars and trucks;
    - Check whether the recording documents received are legal, if the comply with internal rules on circulation of documents, in terms of duly signatures;
    - Tracks sending and receiving documents in due time in order to be properly recorded in clients’ books and correctly accounted inside the company records;
    - Calculates the value of the services provided - storage, conditioning, operation and issues the invoicing note to financial accounting department;
    - Is responsible for accurate inventory and records client progress respecting the legal regulations and internal rules of conduct of these operations;
    - Develops reports and issues summary statements for each customer and inform him about the cargo coming into the custody of the client;
    - Prepares and keeps track of files and documents stored in accordance with the law;
    - Keep records and monitors implementation of contracts with customers;
    - Prepares and submit all documents to the authorities according to local rules and regulations and requirements of those authorities, in due time and completely;
    - Prepares and carries out customs formalities for completion of customs procedures for all goods, equipment and machinery, chemicals, spare parts, oil, lubricants, etc. necessary to operate the equipments;
    - Tracks quantities and terms of validity (in accordance with the type of customs regime) of stored goods under customs control for each type of merchandise, according to customs legislation;
    - Participates in audits of stock of goods in custody and prepare necessary documentation and physical stock calculation;
    - Maintain relationship with Schenker Romtrans about receptions and delivery services;
    - Work with railway station Ferry Boat, Department of Schenker Romtrans Expeditions SA, clients and agents of ships, check their documents and reports, from arrival to departure of vehicles;
    - Shares and controls documents of goods received from suppliers / clients and if such documents comply with the signed contracts.
