    Requirements

    - University degree, preferably economical or technical field;
    - Experience in the automotive industry - mandatory
    - At least 2 years experience in B2B consultative sales (automotive, leasing industry);
    - Result oriented;
    - Excellent negotiation skills;
    - Strong customer orientation;
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    - Initiative;
    - Integrity, high ethical profile;
    - Driving license;
    - Computer literate and excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point);
    - Good command of written & spoken English. Italian it's a plus.

    Responsibilities

    The future Fleet Key Account Manager will directly report to the Fleet Sales Manager of our client and will be responsible for generating new business and reaching the objectives on business to business sales according to the principles, values and company policies.
    The Fleet Key Account Manager will prospect potential big clients, identify needs and gain their trust by discussing and evaluating their requests and providing the most suitable solutions. He/she will also ensure and consolidate a long-term business relationship with new and existing customers.

    He/she will prepare de documentation for participating to tenders, will makes up offers to potential customers, negotiates the sales price and identify the most suitable financing and payment solution together with the customer and the financial services provider. The future Fleet Key Account Manager will close the deals, document the sales details and will co-ordinate the order and delivery together with the Logistic Department.
