    Requirements

     6 months to 1 year minimum / 1-3 years preferred - experience in training curriculum development
     Ability to work autonomously with strong time management skills
     Professional-level English writing skills, which are applied to write training notes, tutorials, and other documentation
     Communication skills
     Data gathering and analysis
     Problem analysis and problem solving
     Facilitation skills
     Coaching skills
     Adaptable
     Team player
     Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail, and ability to write technical content in a simplistic manner
     Solid experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
     Experience with social tools, use to support for project collaboration an advantage
     Experience with web-based and/or multi-media technologies for eLearning is an advantage
     Previous system training or system process writing experience is an advantage
     BA/BS Degree preferred

    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and write training material, including instructor-led content
    • Develop relationships and liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design
    • Conduct content reviews and organize sign-offs
    • Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness such as quizzes, knowledge checks, and certification questions
    • Work with both local and remote team members on a day-to-day basis to ensure training courses are on schedule and are of a consistent, high quality
    • Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs across Sales and Consulting
    • Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks along with process documentation
    • Provide feedback to program participants and management
    • Evaluate and make recommendations on training material, methodology, and technologies
    • Keep current on training design, methodology, and technologies
    • Collaborate with GSCO Communications and Support teams to publish training assets via GSCO portal and/or knowledge base

    The GSCO team (Global Sales and Consulting Operations) is responsible for Training, Business Support, Documentation, and Communications for Oracle Sales and Consulting globally. We are currently looking for a hard working individual to design and develop Sales and Consulting training curriculum for Oracle systems and processes, to be implemented globally.

    Successful candidates will have experience in designing and developing training curriculum for Oracle systems and processes, with the ability to translate business needs into learning solutions. You will be skilled at reviewing available material, working with subject matter experts, and possess the ability to write clear and concise directions. Innovation is critical to effectively raise the bar as the team redefines how learning is built and delivered in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
