Bachelor Degree in technical field
Relevant experience in a management position
Very good organisational and coordination skills
English language - advanced level
PC skills (especially Excel) - advanced level
Dynamic and enthusiastic person
Team working person

Coordinates the activity of the department’s engineers and of the productive team (mechanics, electricians, welders) ;
Acts based on the targets established with the superior and ensures the achievement of KPI’s at department level
Ensures the necessary personnel per shifts;
Organizes , with planner’s assistance, the weekend works and the necessary personnel;
Evaluates the equipments status and defines the preventive maintenance plan in order to maintain a high functioning standards of all equipments;
Implements, organizes and verifies the appliance of the preventive maintenance plan;
Conceives the instruction plan of the productive team together with the internal specialists;
Makes the internal instructions regarding the daily works and the new technologies;
Verifies and approves the diagnosis from the intervention forms;
Responsible for Daily Management Board;
Responsible for all administrative aspects of the maintenance team;
Organizes and maintains a report of spare parts and materials in stock;
Makes maintenance orders to contractors, monitors their execution and verifies the functioning deadlines, approves the work distribution;
Establishes the daily priorities together with the operational team;
Participates in the evaluation of the subordinates and proposes instruction sessions, participates in the creation of the performance bonus system.
