    We are currently seeking an HR Admin Consultant to join our Tax People Services in Bucharest. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, from various industries, in the HR Admin area. What are we looking for?

    • A University degree.
    • At least 4 years of experience in personnel administration/HR Admin.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • A pro-active, determined, and creative attitude.
    • Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
    • Problem solving skills.
    • Knowledge of labour legislation would be considered an advantage.
    • Experience in outsourced services is a plus.
    • Strong English language skills.
    • IT skills: Excel; Word; Outlook.
    What about your role?
    • Collecting all documents required for employees’ individual files.
    • Archiving and maintaining up to date employee records (electronic and hard copy files), such as: employment contracts and addendums, personal documents for employment, medical certificates and other documents in the employee file.
    • Filling in and updating the HRIS database with all relevant info related to staff movements (in, out, promotions, etc.).
    • Reporting and validating monthly staff lists for medical providers.
    • Intermediating the scheduling of the work-related medical exam.
    • Keeping records of the work-related medical exam for all KPMG employees.
    • Assisting new joiners/leavers with relevant paper work and procedures.
    • Supporting employees with various items of information.
    • Processing invoices (benefits invoices, medical subscriptions, sport providers etc.).
    • Preparation and confirmation of various documents requested by employees.
    • Dealing with the Safety and Security aspects (SSM and PSI).
    • Preparing reports either on request or on a monthly basis.
