Factory Controller

A Snapshot of Your Day

In your role you will be an integral part of EAD controlling team with major focus on analyzing and reporting factory financials (including but not limited to cost and productivity controlling), as well as Headcount and Investments on a monthly base. The work routine is characterized by coordination and collaboration with colleagues in the factory and manufacturing locations with interfaces to colleagues in various EAD-Regions as well. In addition, special request on reporting can appear according to Management needs.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Collect and analyze financial information and prepare financial reports.
• Coordinate and aggregate factory budgets across sites, document and prepare internal budget discussions with the Management.
• Provide budget, forecast and actuals on load planning and absorption results, ensure standardized hourly rate calculation and charging.
• Actively participate and contribute to the design of digitization and automation projects within the financial area.
• Support audit requests, Investment (CAPEX) requests, cost out initiatives and other ad hoc analysis as required.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years' professional experience in factory controlling and a thorough understanding of the value flow within a production site.
• High proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, with a keen interest in digital solutions.
• Exceptional analytical skills, critical and logical thinking, and the ability to identify key risk factors and drivers.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• A proactive approach to taking ownership of projects and processes, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong English communication skills are essential, with German language skills viewed favorably.
