2nd Level DMS Application Support

2nd Level User Support for a Cloud based document management system, this includes:

• Access and User management
• Answer questions and give advice to our internal customers how to use the system
• Analyse the system in case a misbehaviour is reported, document it and hand it over to the 3rd Level Support
• Setup the environment for new projects within the DMS
• Test of new developments
• Writing technical and user documentation

• Completed technical education in the field of Information Technology;
• Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools;
• It's easy for you to understand technical relations and you can explain and document them;
• Good understanding of business processes;
• Good analytical capabilities paired with a focus on quality and outcome;
• Self-determined, always looking into improved ways of doing services;
• You are able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner;
• You feel comfortable to work in a multinational and multicultural environment;
• You are a team player but also able to work individually;
• You are a curious learner and willing to share knowledge and skills with other team members;
• Good communication skills;
• English on C1 Level or higher.

• Knowledge of cloud-based architectures/technologies
• Experience in document management
• ITIL
• Experience in working in an agile environment
• German language skills
