    Qualifications

    Studies:

    • University Diploma in Communication/Marketing or related fields.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Language: English fluent (C1);
    • Very good verbal and written communication skills;
    • Very comfortable with Microsoft PowerPoint;
    • Graphic design knowledge and programs expertise (Adobe suite) is a plus;
    • Project management knowledge and experience is a plus;
    • Experience in coordination of activities and projects/initiatives is required;
    • PC operation: MS Office;
    • Ability to resolve crisis situations, spontaneity;
    • Capacity for analysis and synthesis;
    • Organized, self-driven, decision-making ability, attention, able to work in stressful situations.


    Job Description

    • Creates and implements internal and external communication strategy, including events;
    • Maintains and improves internal communication channels (BGN, Bosch Connect, Teams, etc.) and company presentations;
    • Communicates in the organization information from various departments and from the management team;
    • Coordinates internal events (e.g. Townhall, Keep in Touch, Color Run, etc.) and other TCR initiatives & projects;
    • Creates PowerPoint presentations for various topics and departments.
    •  Prepares and writes articles, interviews and press releases;
    • Responsible for crisis communication at location level;
    •  Creates and implements local Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy: donations, sponsorships, volunteering events and donation drives;
    •  Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company.
    • Responsible for own department budget;
    • Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior;
    • Assimilates project management knowledge and continuously improves his/her competences in order to be able to coordinate and implement activities in his/her area of responsibility;
    • Feedback and continuous improvement measures.
