Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or business. MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity in project management, as well as transition documentation, tools, and templates.
- Strong analytical skills with hands on experience of MS Office tools such as excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS Project.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English language
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Create detailed transition plan using Excel or MS Project
- Create and maintain project trackers including progress tracker, risk tracker, action log, change log, etc
- Set up project governance – define meeting cadence, set up and lead key stakeholder discussion and update and publish project report on weekly basis
- Coordinate with local on site corporate teams ( HR, IT, Admin) for necessary transition support
- Coordinate with operations and talent acquisition teams to identify and onboard the right resources for the transition
- Support and supervise new transition teams until process is formally handed over to operations

- Strengthen decision making by establishing a governance structure
- Monitor and report progress in a timely manner
