What we are looking for:

Soft skills:

A proactive person, teamwork-oriented, seeking to perform at the highest level;
A confident communicator with the ability to present and sustain his / her arguments to senior stakeholders.
Technical skills :

Good understanding of OMFP principles;
Proven working experience as Accounts Payable;
Solid‌ ‌controls‌ ‌consciousness‌ ‌and‌ ‌analytical‌ ‌skills;
SAP experience is a plus;
English level - medium;
Excel level proficiency;
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Other requests:

High school diploma (CECCAR) or equivalent (or similar certification focused on OMFP reporting);
Minimum‌ ‌3+‌ ‌years‌ ‌of‌ ‌experience‌ ‌in‌ OMFP reporting
High school diploma or equivalent
Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
Good time management skills and detail orientation

Process supplier’s invoices in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
Generate reports detailing accounts payables status
Reconciliation of the GL accounts established by the Team Leader
Good collaboration with the team
Understand expense accounts and cost centers
Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes (W-9, sales tax, etc.)
This role will report directly to the GL Accounting Team Leader.
