    Requirements

    University degree;
    Relevant expertise in B2B sales services roles;
    MS Office & CRM knowledge; LinkedIn (and similar networking/ social tools);
    KPIs (data) understanding;
    English skills – medium level (writing, reading and speaking);
    Driving license B category;
    Availability to travel in the allocated area: Bucuresti & Ifov.

    Role: As B2B Sales Representative within Corporate South Team(assign territory: Bucharest & Ilfov) you will perform activities involving, sales, advice and guidance of the ordering process, as well as sales management for our partner services, for customers(employers) with more than 30, up to 250 employees. Also you will contribute directly to achieving the objectives of the activity by managing the sales territory and the assigned portfolio by gaining new customers and maintaining existing ones, the sales territory and the company’s objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    Responsible to sell company products and services, that are not currently part of the existing portfolio of clients and achieving an individual new sales quota and will executive tasks such as prospecting, qualifying opportunities, discovering prospect’s needs, recommending solutions, submitting proposals, negotiating, closing sales and building relationship with the account until it’s transferred to an Account executive’s portfolio;
    Responsible for the retention of contracts and profitability with these existing clients as well as expanding the relationship with them by introducing new products or services (or expanding usage of existing products);
    Prospect potential new clients and penetrate accounts in the assign territory, using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking;
    Maintains a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects;
    Execute methods, routines and activities around client retention;
    Report sales activity with detailed notes on prospect and existing client interactions (CRM tool);
    Draw up an efficient travel plan to optimally cover the territory / portfolio, with a minimum of time spent in the car.
