    Role profile:

    The person in this role will drive support the governance and strategy of the Infrastructure &Cloud division by building accurate, fit for purpose and targeted reports and visuals to support management to share the status of the business, the current performance and articulate future strategy.

    ROLE SUMMARY:

    Drive the governance and reporting for I&C, and influence business outcomes and value for LSEG. This will be done by measuring, governing and communicating insights, using and connecting trusted master sources of infrastructure.

    Manage business performance for Infrastructure & Cloud in line with the central Technology Business Management Function. A true holistic 'birds-eye' view on all I&C delivery is expected of the Senior Manager Governance and reporting. Ensuring we track our achievement of I&C vision through our strategy via on-time, accurate and up-to-date reports and data visualization. Build management reports for executives, both internal and external, with tailored messaging that are fit-for-purpose and for the audience.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

    Business Management service governance and reporting

    Executive presentations of I&C performance, in particular service performance

    Own reporting catalogue for executive presentations; Manage reporting schedule including lead time for input, review cycles, pre-read publication, presentation date, minutes & actions documentation and follow ups

    Deliver high quality presentations, always on time; manage inputs from multiple stakeholders and ensure data accuracy

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

    5+ years of experience in executive reporting

    Expert PowerPoint, Excel Skills and Sharepoint skills

    Well organized, good problem solving and stakeholder Management skills

    Impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Data Analysis, Information Management. Strong analytical, problem solving, collaboration and technical skills.

    Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships

    ITSM knowledge

    Highly organized

    Strong experience of similar role in a financial technology/information services or in a management consulting firm

    Degree in business, technology or an equivalent
